Ukrainian mobile proxy FAQ
Answers about TurboProxy
Practical details about Ukrainian mobile IPs, Kyivstar, Vodafone and Lifecell carriers, HTTP/SOCKS5/UDP protocols, plans, and connection checks.
Basics
What mobile proxies are
What are mobile proxies?
Mobile proxies use external IP addresses that belong to mobile carrier networks. A website, service, or app sees the connection as 4G/LTE mobile traffic rather than a server or data-center address.
How are mobile proxies different from data-center proxies?
Data-center IPs are usually cheaper and simpler, but they are easier to identify as server traffic. Mobile IPs look closer to normal carrier traffic, so they are often better for accounts, antidetect profiles, ad checks, apps, and local search results.
What tasks are TurboProxy proxies suitable for?
TurboProxy is suitable when you need a Ukrainian mobile IP: browsers and antidetect profiles, parsing, geo-targeting checks, app testing, local search results, bots, and work scenarios where country, carrier, and a clean mobile route matter.
Do mobile proxies guarantee no blocks?
No. A proxy improves the network trust factor, but it does not replace correct profile settings, cookies, WebRTC, DNS, time zone, careful behavior, or platform rules. For sensitive accounts, keep sessions stable and avoid changing IP during active login flows.
TurboProxy
Ukraine, carriers, and modem
Which country is available in TurboProxy?
TurboProxy focuses on Ukrainian mobile proxies. The external IP belongs to Ukrainian mobile networks, and available carriers are shown on the website and in the dashboard.
Which carriers are available?
TurboProxy supports the Ukrainian mobile networks Kyivstar, Vodafone, and Lifecell. Availability of a specific carrier depends on the current infrastructure state and is shown in the dashboard.
What does a dedicated modem mean?
TurboProxy plans provide access tied to a dedicated mobile modem. This gives more predictable sessions and reduces traffic mixing with other customers. A mobile IP is still not a permanent static address: the carrier can change the external IP by its own logic or after reconnect.
Can I switch the carrier?
Yes, if several carriers are available for your proxy, you can switch the carrier in the dashboard. Carrier switching is useful when you need another mobile pool, another route, or a fresh service check.
Why can an IP checker show a different city?
GeoIP is not GPS. Databases estimate the city from network and routing data, while mobile carriers can route traffic through regional gateways. For most work scenarios, country, carrier, and network type matter more than the exact city.
Connection
HTTP, SOCKS5, and UDP
Which protocols are supported?
TurboProxy supports HTTP, SOCKS5, and SOCKS5 UDP. HTTP is convenient for browsers and web tools, SOCKS5 is often required by apps and antidetect browsers, and UDP is useful for DNS, STUN, WebRTC, VoIP, QUIC, or other UDP traffic.
When should I use HTTP and when SOCKS5?
If your program supports HTTP proxies, it is usually the easiest place to start. If the tool requires SOCKS5 or needs to proxy more connection types, use SOCKS5. For UDP scenarios, use a client or app that supports UDP through SOCKS5.
What is SOCKS5 UDP?
SOCKS5 UDP allows UDP traffic to pass through the proxy when your application supports it. This can matter for DNS requests, STUN/WebRTC checks, VoIP, and other protocols that are not limited to classic HTTP.
Where do I find connection details?
After purchase, the proxy appears in your dashboard. The dashboard shows host, port, access details, and available actions such as IP or carrier switching for the selected plan.
Plans
Time plans, traffic plans, and test access
What is the difference between time and traffic plans?
Time plans are better for continuous work during the paid period. Traffic plans are useful when usage is irregular: you buy gigabytes and spend them only when you actually use the proxy.
Does purchased traffic expire?
TurboProxy presents traffic plans with no expiration for purchased traffic. This is useful for irregular tasks where you need a proxy from time to time rather than every day.
Is there a free test?
Yes. After registration, contact the TurboProxyStoreBot Telegram bot to receive 1 GB of test traffic. The test helps you check speed, IP rotation, protocols, and compatibility with your tool before purchase.
Why is the test issued through a Telegram bot?
The Telegram bot links the request to your account and starts automatic test traffic crediting. If automatic crediting does not work, open online support and an operator will check it manually.
Practice
IP rotation, checks, and limits
How does IP rotation work?
IP rotation reconnects the mobile route and updates the external address that websites see. The connection can briefly drop, so automation should retry the request after a pause.
When is it better to change IP?
Change IP between tasks, between accounts, or before a new work cycle. Avoid changing IP during login, 2FA, form submission, or an active session where profile stability matters.
How do I check that the proxy works correctly?
Connect the proxy in your browser or app, then open an IP checker and verify the country, carrier, and external IP. For accounts, also check DNS, WebRTC, time zone, browser language, and antidetect profile settings.
Which actions are prohibited?
Fraud, spam, harmful activity, and scenarios that violate service rules or applicable law are prohibited. Proxies are intended for work tasks, testing, permitted automation, and availability checks.
What should I do if the proxy does not connect?
Check host, port, login, password, protocol type, and app settings. If the issue remains, open online support or Telegram and include the proxy number, an error screenshot, and the name of your tool.
